Authentication
We test gold via the scratch/acid test and by using an Elvatech XRF machine that tells us exactly what is in each piece of jewelry that we post.
Diamonds get tested quite a few different ways, 2 of which help us detect if the diamond we have is lab created or mined from the earth.
We inspect the fine details in the movement of every watch and use a digital microscope to confirm authenticity with numerous watch dealers specializing in a wide variety of watch brands. For certain brands we also use our Elvatech XRF machine to determine that the composition of the metals in the case/bracelets matches the correct specifications for that brand/model.
We use tools that measure the thermal conductivity and reflexive indexes of the stone(s) to help us determine what the stone is.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

As much as we would love to be able to compete with the policies of the Amazon's of the world, we are simply just a small business operating on the thinest of margins. Our jewelry is marked up by a very small percentage of what we could sell it for scrap value with our refiners after melting everything down and selling the gems at wholesale cost to our dealers. Due to this, it keeps our prices well below what the jewelry industry standard is, but also means that we are unable to account for things like return shipping and fees associated with returned items/sales when we price our items.
